For website development services, payment is made via bank transfer, after the relevant details are sent to the client by email upon project completion.

2. Pricing & Taxation

All listed prices include VAT.

  • For individuals, a transaction receipt is issued.
  • For professionals or companies, an invoice is issued, provided that the necessary billing information is submitted during registration or purchase completion.

3. Refund Policy

We offer refunds for subscriptions under the following terms:

  • The first subscription activation includes a trial period.
  • Once the trial period is completed and the subscription is regularly charged, the user may request a full refund within 7 days of the charge.
  • After 7 days, a partial refund corresponding to the remaining subscription period is possible.

Note: Refunds are not provided for website development services once the project is completed and the final material has been delivered.
