For website construction services, payment is made via bank transfer, after the relevant details are sent to the customer via email upon completion of the project.

2. Pricing Taxation

All listed prices include VAT.

  • For individuals, a transaction receipt is issued.
  • For professionals or companies, an invoice is issued, provided that the necessary billing information is sent during registration or upon completion of the purchase.

3. Refund Policy

We provide the option for a refund for subscriptions under the following terms:

  • The first subscription activation includes a trial period.
  • Once the trial period is completed and the subscription is charged normally, the user can request a full refund within 7 days of the charge.
  • After 7 days have passed, a partial refund corresponding to the remaining period of the subscription is possible.

Note: Refunds are not issued for website construction services once the project has been completed and the final material has been delivered.
